Terms for every reservation request this office handles
This office measures a drive from Cincinnati, offers a bed at the end of it, and passes the request to the property that keeps the room. These terms set out what that does and does not commit anyone to.
Nothing is held here until the office has written back and you have said yes to what it wrote. No part of a stay is ever paid for through these pages.
What these terms cover
These terms apply to this site and to every reservation request sent through it. Reading a page means accepting them. Sending a request means accepting them a second time, because a request asks the office to write to a third party on the reader's behalf. This site belongs to Go Air Travels LLC. The office name printed on every page, Go Air Travels, and the company are one and the same.
The work is narrow on purpose. The office measures the driving time from Cincinnati to a place that rents beds, divides those hours by the nights of the stay, and orders its list by the result. When a reader names a stay and a set of nights, the office writes to that property and asks for them.
A request is a request and nothing more. It becomes a reservation when the property answers yes in writing and the office passes that answer to the traveler. Until the answer arrives, no room is held, no night is owed and no money has moved.
Figures printed beside each stay
Every hour figure and every mile figure on this site was measured along the road a car would actually take out of Cincinnati. Those figures describe distance and driving time, not a promise about the day. Weather, roadwork and the length of a lunch stop sit outside them, and nothing here promises a clear road.
Prices appear as a starting figure per person. What that figure covers and what it leaves out is written on the page for the stay itself, and the property confirms the final amount at the moment the nights are reserved. A figure read here opens the conversation; it does not close it.
Nothing in the list is ranked against anything outside it, and no amount here is described as low. The order is arithmetic and nothing else: road hours divided by nights, a short road carried over many nights near the top, a long road carried by two nights near the bottom, printed before a reader commits rather than after.
Money, returns and the absence of anything shipped
No payment is taken on this site. There is no cart, no card field, no deposit and no invoice from this office. Money moves between the traveler and the property, on the property's own terms, and the office is not a party to that transfer.
Nothing physical is sold here, so nothing is shipped. There are no delivery windows, no postage, no tracking and no returns of goods, because no goods exist. Whatever paperwork follows a reservation reaches the traveler by email from the property that issued it.
Refunds and cancellations belong to the property as well. Its rules travel with the answer the office passes on, so a reader sees them before any money moves, and the cancellation page explains how that works. The office cannot grant a refund, refuse one or speed one up, and it adds no charge of its own to the amount the property names.
Outside the work of this office
The office reserves beds. Seats, berths, rail and coach travel are not part of the work, and no transport company has any arrangement with this office. Every stay in the list is reached by the traveler's own car from Cincinnati, which is the whole reason the road is measured before a bed is offered.
Insurance, visas and passports are not sold here, not arranged here and not advised on here. The office will not read a policy, fill out a form or guess at a requirement, in writing or on the telephone. Those three belong elsewhere, and the office says so rather than improvising an answer.
The office is independent. It is not part of any lodging company, tour operator or transport company, it does not act for one, and it claims no standing with any of them. Where a property's rule is quoted on this site, it is quoted as that property's rule and not as a promise made here.
Limits, links and changes to these terms
Pages are corrected when something is found to be wrong. A corrected figure does not create a right to the earlier one, and a stay withdrawn by its property stops being available the moment the property says so. In either case the office states plainly which of the two has happened.
What happens on the road and at the property is not in the office's hands. Closures, weather, a property changing its own rules and the condition of a car are the traveler's own ground. What the office answers for is a request passed on accurately and a reply sent inside the times printed on the contact page.
Any link that leaves this site leads to something the office neither controls nor endorses. These terms may change, and whatever wording is on this page when a request goes in is the wording that binds it. Ohio law governs them.
